Abstract:

The fact that the sciences are eliminated in almost every period against the social encounters of the natural sciences and that they are not seen according to the value they should be in the academic community shows that the researchers working in this field have a negative impression. Academicians have a number of duties to understand and recognize our human resources operating in the field of social sciences in our country, in all aspects, and to transfer them to young researchers by examining their scientifically exemplary aspects. Based on this idea, the subject of the study is Prof. Dr. Feyzullah Eroğlu who started his academic adventure at Atatürk University in 1980 and retired in 2021 after continuing this adventure at Pamukkale University for many years. The aim of the study is to introduce this scientist, who makes important contributions to the knowledge in the field of management and organization by focusing on the interdisciplinary approach, to young researchers in the context of her academic studies. Mixed research method was preferred in the study in order to make a profile of the works of the author in question. At this point, the works of the author has been scrutinized in terms of type of work, titles of work, keywords, main topics, related topics, distribution of publications by years, co-authors studied, fields of study, research methods preferred in studies, data collection methods used in studies, number of references referenced, results reached in studies and recommendations. Bibliometric analysis and content analysis techniques were applied during the evaluation of the obtained data. As a result of the evaluations made, the related author focuses on globalization, culture, mass culture, capitalism, national identity and democracy, collects data mostly through observation, historical analysis and document analysis methods, and produces scientific works in an interpretive and explanatory approach based on these data.

Sosyal bilimler alanında ülkemizde faaliyet gösterengöstermiş insan kaynağımızı her yönüyle anlamak ve tanımak, bilimsel açıdan örnek alınabilecek yönlerini irdeleyerek genç araştırmacılara aktarmak noktasında akademisyenlere birtakım görevler düşmektedir.
