Abstract:

 نحاول من خلال هذه البحث التطرق إلى واحدة من أحلك المحن التي عرفها التاريخ الانساني بصفة عامة و التاريخ الإسلامي بصفة خاصة التي وقعت للموريسكيين الاندلسيين الذين اختاروا البقاء في الاندلس بعد سقوط مملكة غرناطة سنة " 897 ه / 1492 م " في يد الاسبان ، من خلال دراستنا لبعض رسائل الاستصراخ و الاستنجاد التي أرسلوها بعد نقض الاسبان لمعاهدة التسليم وتعرضهم للتنصير القسري ودفع الضرائب و المغارم الثقيلة واجبارهم على التخلي عن ممتلكاتهم و ترحيلهم من مساكنهم وغيرها من الاجراءات القاسية التي أسس الاسبان من أجل تنفيذها محاكم خاصة سميت " محاكم التفتيش " التي ارتكبت في حق هذه الاقلية جرائم و انتهاكات قل لها مثيل .
الرسالة الأولى أرسلت للفقيه أحمد بن أبي جمعة المغـــــراوي من فقهاء مدينة وهران بالمغرب الأوسط و رسالة أخرى متزامنة معها أرسلت للسلطان العثماني بايزيد الثاني أما الرسالة الثالثة فأرسلت بعد عدة سنوات إلى السلطان سليمان القانوني .
 في هذا البحث سنقوم بتحليل مضمون الرسائل و سندرس ردود الأفعال المختلفة و المتباينة كما سنحاول إماطة اللثام عن الاسباب التي أخرت أو منعت التدخل العسكري سواء من العدوة أو من الدولة العثمانية التي كانت في تلك الفترة الدولة الاسلامية الوحيدة القادرة على انقاذ الموريسكيين من هذه المحرقة واسترجاع الاندلس لحوزة المسلمين من جديد خاصة بعد ضمها للجزائر وتونس وليبيا وسيطرتها الكلية على حوض البحر الابيض المتوسط . 
This research tries to deal with one of the darkest adversities that human history has ever knew in general and Islamic history in particular .That happened to the Moriscos and they were the Andalusians who chose to remain in al-Andalus after the Fall of the kingdom of Granada in the hands of the Spanish in 1482 AD/ 897AH .
Through the study of some letters the Moriscos sent after the Spanish breached the Handover Treaty and being forced to convert to christianity , to pay taxes and heavy fines. They were also obliged to abandon their properties, to deport and were exposed to other tough measures and acts. The Spanish established for those purposes special courts ; the latter were referred to as the Inquisition that committed unprecedented crimes and violations against this minority.
The first letter was sent to Fakih -Islamic legislator- Ahmad Ben abi Jumaa Elmaghraoui : one of the Muslim legislators of the city of Oran in Central Maghreb and the other concurrent letter was sent to the Ottoman Sultan Bayzid II ,wereas the third letter was sent to sultanSuleiman the Magnificent .
In this study; we analyse the content of the letters and examine the different reactions .Additionally; we try to uncover the causes that delayed or obstructed the military intervention either from Maghreb or the Ottoman Empire that was the only Islamic State capable of saving the Moriscos from this holocaust and that was able to regain al-Andalus back to Muslims especially after annexing Algeria ,Tunisia and Libya under its total dominance over the Mediterranean Basin.
