 Clothing, which is one of the basic needs, is affected by many factors such as psychological, socio-economi can depidemic diseases. One of them is the corona virus pandemic in late December 2019. In the pandemic period, which is thought to have an effect on clothing as well as affecting people in every field, people have increased their clothing preferences in accordance with their home life, when social life was restricted.Social isolation and quarantine, one of the benefits of the pandemic to social life, also affected the clothing industry. For this reason, clothes that provide comfort in home life have also been preferred. The aim of there search is to examine the clothing preference saffected during the pandemic period. The method of there search is qualitative and descriptive analysis method was used in data analysis. In the research, interviews were conducted witht hestore managers of five companies using the semi-structured method. According totheinter views, during the pandemic period, customers turned to comfortable clothes; it has been concluded that the demands for clothes to be wornindoors have increased by more than half. In addition, it has been determined that they prefer clothes that will provide comfort at home in terms of patternand fabric. The results obtained in there search arepresented in line with there search subproblems.

 Temel ihtiyaçlardan biri olan giysi, psikolojik, sosyo-ekonomik, salgın hastalıklar gibi birçok faktörden etkilenmektedir. Bunlardan biri de 2019 Aralık ayının sonlarında yaşanılan coronavirüs pandemisidir. Her alanda insanları etkilediği gibi giyim üzerinde de etkisi olduğu düşünülen sosyal hayatın kısıtlandığı pandemi döneminde insanlar ev hayatına uygun şekilde giysi tercihlerini arttırmışlardır. Pandeminin sosyal hayata getirilerinden biri olan sosyal izolasyon ve karantina giyim sektörünü de etkilemiştir. Bu sebeple ev yaşamında rahatlık sağlayan giysiler de tercih sebebi olmuştur. Araştırmanın yöntemi niteldir ve veri analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış yöntem kullanılarak beş firmanın mağaza müdürleri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler ile pandemi döneminde, müşterilerin tamamen rahat giysilere yöneldikleri; ev içinde giyilecek olan giysilere olan taleplerin yarıdan fazla arttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca kalıp ve kumaş açısından ev içinde rahatlık sağlayacak giysileri tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlar araştırma alt problemleri doğrultusunda sunulmuştur.
