Abstract:

Globalization hurricane sweeping all areas of life in our present time. It is not different from that of economic activity and also the cognitive one and there is not a day passes without hearing about anew wave of mergers among different knowledge in separated sections and became a small midget after the globalization age can not live alone. But if it takes another role to form institutions and banks can be able to impose their presence and the economic area (field)at the end- In addition. The passage of the area of world economic blocks called giant banks with substantial financial resources and advanced technical preparation. Especially after it was liberated from the concept of traditional banks and banks are inclusive of all business of all business financing Commerce and contribute to the establishment. managment and consulting and investment the work that was to characterize the multiple banking in the present times The world is living in an age of integration of knowledge. The age of powerful banks. And age in which no limits for developing and up grading and effectiveness• yes. we live in an age of strong banks which all stems from a movement to gain more traffic and prompt start and high capacity to achieve the goals and achievements- from here. There was a need for integration and partnership among banks- the vision of modern phenomenon of fusion among banks claims that traditional models of integration are no longer appropriate and there are alternative ways that it became recommended to be followed. and not to contain the other ones in order to eliminate it- But it became integration of the events of the movement with the other and keeping it- there for the integration doesn't automatically or spontaneous. But in accordance with long-term strategy and progress policies and smart tactics Hence. The combination is a reasonable work which establishes anew reality and pay to occupy a better position of it can be seen as one of the primary products of globalization. Then it is considered one of the variables of the new global knowledge which strongly increased in influence during the second half of the nineties with growing trend towards globalization of the banks system as apart of economic organization • It became an international phenomenon in both the developed or developing counties and became one of the most important issues experienced by the banking industry at the present day \.
