Abstract:
If it is true that the law should intervene to regulate artificial intelligence in order to frame the boundaries of its development and mitigate its deviations, then it would also be true that the law has not escaped the artificial intelligence revolution. It has not been delayed in infiltrating the fortresses of law, contributing to reshaping and altering it, thus leading us to witness indications of the emergence of a new legal world, mysterious in its boundaries and ambiguous in its prospects.
