Abstract:

In Turkey, structural damages to reinforced concrete buildings mostly occur as a consequence of earthquakes; so in order to prevent such damages, the designing process is carried out by taking the dynamic effects into account besides the static effects. Various types of effects that were unanticipated by the current regulations, hence that were not contained within the scope of design might inflict a significant level of structural damages. In this context, the structural damages that were created as the impact of sudden movement emanating at the ground in the case of a sample hospital building were investigated within the scope of this study. This study includes the determination of state parameters, examination of the types of damages to the structure in question, specification of the measures to be taken and provision of suggestions in light of all these findings. In general, within the scope of this study, it was targeted to obtain the most accurate findings by combining different engineering disciplines through a comprehensive approach.

Ülkemizde, betonarme binalarda olu?an yapysal hasarlar, ço?unlukla deprem etkisi altynda olmakta ve bu tür hasarlary engellemek adyna tasarym; statik etkilerin yany syra dinamik etkilerin de göz önüne alynmasy ile yapylmaktadyr. Yürürlükteki yönetmeliklerce öngörülmeyen, dolayysy ile kapsam içerisinde dâhil edilmeyen farkly etkiler önemli boyutlarda yapysal hasarlara sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Bu itibarla, bir hastane binasy örne?i ele alynarak, zeminde olu?an ani hareket nedeniyle olu?an yapysal hasarlar bu çaly?manyn kapsamy içerisinde incelenmi?tir. Bu çaly?ma, durum tespit parametrelerinin belirlenmesi, anylan yapyda olu?an hasar türlerinin irdelenmesi, alynacak tedbirlerin belirlenmesi ve tüm bu veriler y?y?ynda önerilerin sunulmasyny içermektedir. Çaly?ma kapsamynda, farkly mühendislik prensipleri bir havuzda toplanarak, do?ruya en yakyn verilerin elde edilmesi amaçlanmy?tyr.
